At the north side of Landis town limits prior to entering China Grove, Oaks of Landis is located on the west side (left) of Highway 29. From Interstate 85, Take China Grove exit (#68) towards China Grove. At Highway 29 take a left (south). Oaks of Landis is on the right side (west) of Highway 29 at the entry into Town of Landis limits. From Mooresville, Take Highway 152 east 15 miles to China Grove. At Highway 29 go right (south). Oaks of Landis is on the right side (west) of Highway 29 at the entry into Town of Landis limits.
